（中央社記者劉麗榮台北10日電）中度颱風昌鴻來襲，國防部今天表示，已完成今日待命兵力計3萬7774人，並要求各作戰區針對易造成淹水、土石流、山崩及道路中斷等地區加強災防整備，主動協助民眾疏散撤離。

因應昌鴻颱風暴風圈逼近北台灣，預計午後將對台灣中部以北造成強降雨，國防部今天表示，已要求各作戰區加強防災整備作為外，必要時依地方政府需求，主動協助執行危險區域民眾疏散撤離、相關救援及醫療救助任務。

國防部指出，國軍今日待命兵力計3萬7774人，目前已派遣連絡官106員，另於新北市及宜蘭縣預置兵力計344人；第三作戰區並於宜蘭縣三星鄉、五結鄉及南澳鄉等潛勢地區，計派遣兵力127人、車輛6輛，執行各項防、救災工作。

國防部強調，國軍針對易造成淹水、土石流、山崩及道路中斷等地區，要求各作戰區及外島防衛部指揮官加強災防整備，並注意災害潛勢地區的兵力與機具預作運用調整規劃，期於災害發生時，第一時間投入救災工作，確保民眾生命財產安全。1040710
